Jean Pierre Isal, MD

Dr Isal has 25+ years experience in international drug development acquired in senior clinical research management positions within big pharmaceutical companies, such as Astra, Glaxo and Parke-Davis, and with Quintiles, a leading Clinical Research Organisation His working focus is on global drug development, from early to late phase clinical development, including regulatory, technical, and management aspects.
Dr Isal has established his own consultancy, and is currently advising several biotech and biopharmaceutical companies on international clinical development and implementation strategies. Dr Isal is a member of several International Scientific Societies, such as the American Gastroenterology Association (AGA). He has regularly chaired and presented at scientific meetings, such as DIA and ACT.
Dr. Stuart Ratcliff MBChB, MFPM, FRSM

Dr. Ratcliff was co-founder and Director of the Pain Research Group, one of Europe's largest clinical pain research groups. The Pain Research Group has undertaken a large number of clinical studies within a wide range of pain indications and classes of analgesic agents. He is currently director of The Pain Research Division at Mack UK Neuroscience Ltd.
Dr Ratcliffe was a key member of the development team that took Grünenthal's tramadol from a predominantly minor product to a position as the world's biggest centrally acting analgesic. He has extensive expertice and experience in pharmaceutical medicine with focus on analgesic research and development. Dr. Ratcliffe is an active member of the International Association of the Study of Pain, the British and the American Pain Societies, the American Society of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (Analgesic Section) and the British Association of Pharmaceutical Physicians.
Dr. Tom Schnitzer

Dr. Schnitzer is professor of medicine and assistant dean for clinical research and director of the Office of Clinical Research and Training at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago.Before joining Northwestern University, He was professor and director of the Section of Rheumatology and director of the Section of Geriatric Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine, at Rush-Presbyterian-St.Luke's Medical Center in Chicago.He also was co-director of the Center for Research on Health and Aging at Rush-Presbyterian-St.Luke's Medical Center.Dr. Schnitzer has served as medical director and consultant to many institutions, including the Johnston R. Bowman Health Center for the Elderly and the Marianjoy Rehabilitation Center.
Dr. Schnitzer has written more than 100 journal articles, book chapters and abstracts covering the field of arthritis and pain management.His published works have appeared in numerous medical journals, including New England Journal of Medicine, American Journal of Medicine, Arthritis and Rheumatism, Journal of Rheumatology, Journal of Virology, Clinical Therapeutics, and others.In addition, he has contributed to the authoritative "Cecil Textbook of Medicine."
A board-certified clinician, Dr. Schnitzer graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University and cum laude with a medical degree from Harvard Medical School.He completed his internship and residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.
