Andreas Mollatt

Chairman of the Board

Mr. Mollatt is a partner in Teknoinvest, a Norwegian venture capital fund focusing on life science and IT. He has previously held various positions with Nycomed, last as Managing Director, Medical Equipment. Nycomed Pharma. Mr. Mollatt has board experience from several companies and is currently on the board of directors of BoneSupport AB, Vensafe AS and ProBio ASA in addition to SantoSolve A/S. He holds a MSc from Norges Handelshøyskole (Norway).

Anders Vedin, MD, PhD

Life science industry advisor

Dr. Vedin has an international research background before gaining extensive experience from the pharmaceutical industry. He has been responsible for the development of block-buster drugs as Losec ( omeprazole) and Plendil (felodipine) and Toprol (metoprolol). In recent years he has been working as a professional consultant for European biotech companies, and has been active as a board member in several publicly and privately held companies. He has previously been with Astra, his last position as Senior Vice President. Dr. Vedin holds an MD and a PhD from Gothenburg University, Sweden and has been professor of Management of Medical Technologies at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg.

I. S. C. Talmage

SVP Global Strategic Marketing, BayerSchering Pharma

Mr Talmage has held several significant positions in the pharmaceutical industry, in which he has gained Strategic Planning, Partnering and Global Launch experience. He currently works with Bayer where he has held senior positions in both Strategic Planning and Global Marketing.

Prior to this, Mr Talmage worked with a number of global Pharmaceutical organisations, including Astra where he carried commercial responsibility for their global Cardiovascular and Gastrointestinal interests, Novartis where he held senior positions in both Global Marketing and BD&L, SmithKline where he worked in a number of roles including International Strategic Marketing and Brand Management and in Yamanouchi where he carried responsibility for their European Marketing Team.

His launch management experience includes a number of key global brands, including 'Losec'/'Prilosec' and 'Diovan', and he has gathered significant cross-TA experience in areas including Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Oncology, Respiratory, Transplantation, CNS, Dermatology and Ophthalmology.

Dagfinn Hansen

Senior Manager Corporate Environment , Elopak AS

Mr. Hansen has extensive management experience from large international industry groups. He is currently responsible for establishing and implementing Elopak's, an international company for liquid food packaging, sustainability strategy, with focus on reducing CO2 emissions from the Elopak Group. He had earlier responsibility for the business operations in former Soviet Union and the Asia Pacific markets with Elopak Group. Prior to Elopak, he has had position as CEO of HandiCare, a leading healthcare equipment company in Scandinavia. He has also held several management positions in the pharmaceutical company Nycomed (now part of General Electric), among others as Senior Vice President Marketing and Sales of contrast media. Mr. Hansen has a financial educational background from the Norwegian School of management (BI).

Johan Rask

Partner, InnovationsKapital

Mr. Rask is an Investment Manager with InnovationsKapital, a Swedish venture capital fund focusing exclusively on life science and IT. He holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management from Chalmers University. Mr. Rask is actively involved in the boards and the development of Cellartis AB, Isconova AB and Ludesi AB in addition to SantoSolve A/S.

Ann-Tove Kongsnes

Investment Director, Investinor

Mrs. Kongsnes is an Investment Director with Investinor, a Norwegian venture capital fund fully owned by the Norwegian government. Ann-Tove Kongsnes has a MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Bodø College (HiB). She was previously an investment manager at ProVenture Managment AS, Business Development Manager at Leiv Eiriksson Nyskaping AS, Director of Marketing & Operations at NSEC Inc and Marketing Manager at the Norwegian Seafood Export Council. Mrs Kongsnes is a board member of Investinor's portfolio companies ProBio ASA and SantoSolve AS.
